Tracking your Package You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order has been processed for shipping. The majority of parcels go either standard Royal Mail First Class or via Royal Mail Parcel Service the same day that you recieve the email. Please note that Royal Mail Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time. Over 90% of First Class mail arrives the next working day, but if yours doesn’t, the information below will tell you how we can help. Is it less than five working days since your mail item was posted? If so, hold tight, it’s probably on its way, but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances. Royal Mail do not allow compensation claims until 15 working days have elapsed after the posting date. If your package is within this time frame please be patient and allow the full period to elapse before contacting us by emailing info@golfing-warehouse.com Shipping Mishaps We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund. If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please email info@golfing-warehouse.com for assistance. We will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible. Days in Transit Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. International ShippingCustoms Duties and Taxes Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from golfing warehouse includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Customer Pickups We are regretably unable to offer a parcel pick up service. Picking Errors Occasionally, through a picking error, the wrong item may be sent (we are only human after all). In this instance please return the item following our returns procedure. Once the item has been received the correct replacement item will be sent and a refund issued for the return postage cost Condition We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. Chip Irons (the one with the cap) Rumour has it that Chip has played some of the World’s greats – Palmer, Player, Nicklaus and was Tigers’ first coach. The record books seem to tell a different story. Chip maintains this is the biggest conspiracy theory in golf and that he has been deliberately written out of the history books. Still, what chip doesn’t know about the game isn’t worth knowing.
